The San Luis Obispo Council of Governments (SLOCOG) solicits requests for new and/or expanded transit services annually during the "Unmet Transit Needs" study. Staff also solicits bicycle and pedestrian requests as part of the annual study. The 2013/14 unmet transit needs public hearing was held on February 6, 2013 at 8:30 am in the San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors' Chambers located at 1055 Monterey Street in San Luis Obispo.
