Unmet Needs
Annually, SLOCOG holds its Unmet Transit Needs hearing to receive comments regarding countywide transit services.  SLOCOG staff then evaluates the transit unmet needs requests and determines which meet the ‘unmet transit needs’ criteria.  The next steps involve evaluating the requests to determine if they are ‘reasonable to meet’.  Funding for unmet transit needs comes from Transportation Development Act funds.  To submit a request, please click on this link.
