Route 1 Scenic Byway Plan, SLOCOG, 2007   Byway Corridor Plan - Link to PDF Files The Route 1 corridor has seen significant activity in the past four years, which is one of the reasons that the Byway Corridor Plan is being updated.  As progress continues to be made toward implementing important byway goals, collaboration of the byway’s key stakeholders will be critical.  SLOCOG has made every effort to prepare a plan that incorporates the goals of the stakeholders in the corridor and prioritizes programs and projects to achieve them.  To do that, staff has assembled recent accomplishments in advancing byway goals, and presented recommendations on what should be the thrust of our efforts in the short to mid term.   Route 101 Planning documents related to US 101 are available here     Route 46 46 E Corridor System Management Plan here 46 E Comprehensive Corridor Study (5 miles) here     Transportation Concept Reports Caltrans produces Tranportation Concept Reports for all State highways. The TCR is a document that does the following: identifies current and projected operating conditions on the facility, establishes a 20-year planning concept, identifies facility deficiencies in relation to the concept, and identifies broad and flexible options to achieve the 20-year concept.
