// 2013 Federal Transportation Improvement Program (FTIP) - Amendments & Approvals From time to time circumstances dictate that changes be made to the TIP following its adoption. Federal regulations permit changes to the TIP if the procedures for doing so are consistent with federal requirements for TIP development and approval, and consistent with federal procedures for modifications to the Federal Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (FSTIP). These changes, or amendments, should not be considered routine. SLOCOG will consider such amendments when the circumstances prompting the change are compelling, and the change will not adversely affect the financial constraint findings of the TIP. Amendments to the 2011 TIP are presented below.  TIP documents are available at the following link.
